A double-height ceiling with geometric pendant lights and a tall window define the architecture of this split-level loft. Open stairs lead up to a quiet sleeping mezzanine fitted with a large double bed and fresh linen.

Downstairs, a comfortable sofa sits opposite the flat-screen TV with streaming services, beside a round dining table. The kitchen area includes a coffee machine, a fridge for cold drinks, and cupboards stocked with wine glasses and tableware for two.

Soundproofing and air conditioning maintain complete privacy and a pleasant temperature throughout the day. The bathroom features an enclosed shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer, with lift access directly to the floor. A compact desk by the window provides a dedicated spot for focused remote work.
